Since the recent updates, I have very limited cell service at home (zip code 35761) as well as in the town where I work (35801) and is constantly dropping calls and freezing up. Is there anything that can be done to correct this issue? We dropped ATT due to lack of coverage, but now it seems that is not doing us any good.
I realize the importance of having operable service and I'm here to help because I don't want you to regret your decision of joining the VZW family! Have you recently downloaded any new applications? When did you complete the update? Are you dropping all or isolated calls?
