Galaxy note 3-no data service

For the last 4 days my Galaxy Note 3 has not been able to connect for data. I have signal and can send/receive text and calls. Error message states make sure airplane mode is off (it is off) and data is on (it is on). Sometimes says install Sim card which it already has. Turned phone off and removed battery several times. Data is turned on in settings. Verizon store in Sacramento examined phone, said Sim card was okay and could not determine problem cause. Data does work on wifi. Any ideas as to solution? A conflicting app, system upgrade, ?

That is four days too many gclarknapa. We appreciate all the steps you have take to have this issue resolved- but we are here now and ready to find this signal for you. What zip code are you in? Is anyone else having the same issues as you? A conflicting app or system upgrade can be the cause and should not be ruled out. These are all great finding.
