I am looking for some input as to why sprint customers are already getting their phones today, but verizon customers orders are "still being processed". It seems to me that the self proclaimed best carrier in the country would be first to get new devices out to their customers, or at least at an equal time as the smallest carrier around. The sprint pre orders are being delivered to their customers as I type this. Please feel free to chime in verizon.

This is a peer to peer forum not a direct line to customer service. If you would like to find out, call them directly. 8009220204 or *611 from your phone.
If you wanted the phone so fast, you also could have gone in store.

I understand that this a peer to peer forum, but it is also monitored by Verizon customer support. They regularly respond to posts here. And as for getting the device in store, you must not understand the meaning of "Pre Order" or you don't bother reading a post before you spout off useless nonsense. In the future when you have no idea what your talking about please refrain from posting.

It's a phone, you won't die without it.

I completely know what preorder means. It's a way for lazy people to get in line online and order the phone and have it shipped instead of going in the store on launch day to get the phone. I totally get it. What I will tell you is that on any launch day I've always gotten my phone in store. Maybe you should refrain from posting, eh? You're the one who came to complain about nothing, not I.

You would think that the way people carry on about their phones that if they don't get it on launch day they will have a heart attack or feel left out.
