I pre-ordered the S10 today and there were so many issues with the process, but after 4 hours, it was mostly solved. But I want to make sure I get my $200 credit for my trade in. Right now, the status says $45. I don't want to send in my phone without a guarantee that the $200 credit will be honored.

It doesn't help that much. It took 4 tries to order the S10 due to some major miscommunication, so the first trade-in submission was cancelled. A chat rep set up a new submission, under which I sent in my old phone. But I cannot check the status of this trade-in. It's not listed under my account and entering in the order number in the order status look up doesn't bring up any information.
