njgurl719, we see no network issues per the zip code provided. Do you know the name of the exact plan you have with us? Does your service improve while outdoors in this area?

I am seeing this in the Marquez Neighborhood in Pacific Palisades. Full Bars but no phone, text or Internet. I thought it was just my phone then I saw it on my wife's phone too. Who do we report this to?
It happens to me often. I called customer service and they have no idea whats going on.
