Verizon is absolutely disgusting and greedy with reconnect fees. They should only carge 1 per family and their customers service is god awful

Same issue. They don’t care about anything but their money. I also had hundreds of dollars in reconnect fees, could never get through to Verizon, no call or chat.. had to file a BBB complaint. Verizon agreed to credit $240 in the fees and the day after we ported our numbers to another carrier the credit disappeared.
