Okay - I'm an old guy and not a tech genius, so bear with me. I've been searching for a way to actually contact someone from Verizon to ask about the 2GB of exta data I was supposed to receive after upgrading two lines to new Galaxy S5s. When I was shopping for the phones, I had numerous pop-ups asking if I needed help via chat or wanted to speak with a sales rep on the phone. Now that I have a question about my account/bill, all I can find are links that take me to FAQs. After an hour of searching, I finally gave up and went the the "contact us" page, where I found additional dead ends. Is there an email address or help-line where I can direct my questions. If so, why isn't this information more visible or accessable. I'll probably end up at the brick and mortar over the weekend to get an answer to my question. Thank for letting me vent.

Thank you Lucas, I'll give it a try. I feel kinda' silly since I have the app and never noticed the customer "call customer support" button before. Frankly, I haven't had a need to access it in the past since my old Motorola Bionic worked nearly flawlessly for the three years I used it.
