I want to know how do I remove an employee name that I have been getting a discount through.I am no longer employed there and also how can I check if I can get a discount through my new employer?

Ask your new employer's benefit (HR?) department if they have a discount program with Verizon. Also ask the details for signup and discount amounts.
With this info (assuming they have a discount plan), either visit this website http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/support/employee-discount
or call Verizon (*611) and have customer service make the necessary changes to your account to reflect your new employment status.

No, customer service can't add an employee discount, only stores or doing yourself online by checking your employer-provided e-mail address (if you have one, of course). Store's the way to go though, bring a recent paystub.
