I want to compliment Caressa & Jamie from the Federal Way Verizon Store for their extremely patient and professional service they provided the other evening. My transactions were somewhat complex and took over two hours - including going past the store closing to complete. They were very patient with all that needed done and when various problems came up (such as time zone problems with the computers), they worked to make sure I, the customer, was taken care of before leaving. They worked with the system to provide me the best service possible.

PS - I just wish Verizon allowed a way to express this directly to the upper management online instead of going through the community. I hope someone from Verizon monitors these discussions and passes it on.
