Does Verizon supports CDMA 2000 with insert sim card?

I have a samsung galaxy S4 phone. It supports CDMA 2000 network at 800/1900 MHz. Can I use Verizon sim card to use 3G network? My phone uses micro sim card. thanks.

It will automatically switch to CDMA if LTE service is not available.

No it will not. It had to be a Verizon branded phone. Verizon doesn't import EIDs into the system.
