Disappointed

I convinced my husband to switch to Verizon in November 2016. We ordered his phone, the Pixel at that time. There was also the program that Verizon would pay your early termination fees for switching.  1st problem - your phone order is delayed. We ended up not receiving his phone until  January 2017, over 2 months later. 2nd problem - store failed to provide us with proper protocol to receive the rebate for the termination fees from making the switch. In February, the store told us to upload our bill to Verizon and wait for 2 billing cycles to receive a Visa card. On February 23,  we uploaded his bill from AT&t to my Verizon. Now it's missing, the store says they cannot help us, the call center doesn't have any paperwork, and we are past our 60 days to provide documentation. The only advise to maybe get our $500 back? Go back to the store that can't help us and put them on the phone with the call center. In other words, Verizon doesn't care if their staff is trained properly and due to staff incompetence, we will never receive that rebate. I regret my husband switching; we should have gone to At&T.
