I'm not 100% sure what you are asking either. However, if you mean are you considered a more valuable customer, then the answer is no. Verizon tries to give everyone the same treatment. If Verizon let business customers jump to the beginning of the list for everything and got better treatment I'm sure us non-business customers would be pretty upset because we can get questionable service at best sometimes.
Business plans are not "supposed" to be higher than personal accounts, however if your usage is higher than a personal account, you must set your allowances accordingly or else have overages which will increase your bill.
How many phones are on your plan? How much data are you consuming? What plan do you currently have? If not on a Share Everything plan, what is your minute allowance and how many minutes do you use? You have not provided information which would make it possible for anyone to help you.
You say "a thousand dollars". Is that monthly? Is that over several months? Again, more information would be required before someone would be able to give any useful advice.

I never implied that Business accounts should be treated different form personal accounts. I'm a small business that's trying to grow but I can't if I have have misleading information. And there are 4 lines and 1 landline it's suppose to be an shared plan but I don't think it's worth it. I've tried on several occasions to seek a better plan for me and my company's need. I've also had a major set back recently due to "fraud". I've had to get the local law enforcement involved due to this matter.
I'm preferring to my account I was mislead to the plan and what was suppose to be in the best for me and my company. And when I tried to speak to someone regarding this matter and still there was no understanding or resolving this matter.
