I've been trying to direct carrier bill in Google play but it is not letting me.
I've done this in the past with no issues.
I try to choose enable and it says sending verification to Verizon then fails each time saying my account isn't eligible and to contact carrier.
Cleared cache, checked with Google support and they said it's a Verizon issue but Verizon says they can't find an issue.
My account is and always has been in good standing.
Happens with WiFi and cellular
Happens for anything I try to direct bill to Verizon
Not using a new phone
All my settings on my Verizon and Google account are correct.
Can someone please help?? I'm trying to get a subscription billed to my Verizon and I do not want the separate monthly charge on my card or to use any other method of payment.
I just want my direct carrier billing to work.

I checked everything. Spoke with several Verizon support reps who couldn't help me. Even checked with Google play and they confirmed they cannot fix the issue because it is in Verizon's side.
