I've come to terms that Verizon doesn't care about its costumers. I have personally been neglected, tricked, and ripped off in the period of 2+ years that I've been with Verizon. Everyone wants to help me find a solution to my problem, but in the end, nobody does anything. I'm sick and tired of calling customer service, being put on a wait, transferred between departments and to different people, all so that I just end up wasting my precious time on my days off that I rarely get. Is there someone who actually cares about me? And will do something to resolve my issue before I decide to switch carriers permanently.
There's no false advertisement, you just failed to read the details. All carrier BOGO deals requires a new line of service or a port-in to get the free/discounted phone.
Personally, I have simply ignored the BOGO advertisements since I do not need a new line of service and therefore do not qualify. Whenever I see an advertisement I like but do not qualify, I don't normally go into the store to beg and plead to get that deal knowing full well I do not qualify.
It appears there are quite a few on these forums, though, who do just that and are surprised when they find out they will not get an exception in order to get the deal.
We never want to hear this OSCCRU16, we don't want to lose you. We care about you, and we don't want to waste your time. I know we can turn this around. I have sent you a Private Message to begin.
