Did a storm last week mess up our service?

Good afternoon,

Last week Thursday we had a terrible storm come through. Now a lot of us have next to no service, especially in areas that we had excellent service. What can we do to have the towers inspected. I feel like the storm could have done some damage.

Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request a trouble ticket be started for them to figure out what is the issue.
