I was told I could only recycle my prior phones through the website not in store but I'm not finding my prior phones listed. Anyone know how I ca receive credit for my prior phones?
You didn't say what kind your old phones were.
BTW, if they're less than 2 years old and working, you'll probably get more for them on eBay than thru the trade-in program. VZW's trade-in program is convenient and all, but they tend to be low-ball except for certain high-demand phones.
They should gladly take it at a corporate store for you.
My guess is, if you can't find it online it probably has a $0 value.
