I changed my plan and upgraded my phone this week, and the rep told me that since my new plan (the 900 anytime with the 5 friends and family + unlimited text) doesn't come with VZ navigator, I would have to delete it. Is she talking about her deleting the soc on my account so I won't be getting it for free, or do I have to physically delete it myself? I have been trying to delete it myself and I can't figure it out...
Just go to the application and make sure it is highlighted the with right soft key, choose options and then choose cancel subscription, then choose yes. Application gone from phone and no more charge.
