why am i getting Data charges? I was told it is included.
Included with what?
On an account, you have a line access fee for each line of service. You also have a fee for your data allowance, either a set amount of data or for unlimited data. Those 2 fees added together would be the cost of your plan. So your data would be "included" in that total amount. If you choose a set amount of data, you could possible incur additional data fees if you were to use more than the amount of data you had chosen.

ANGELTEARDROP28, unexplained charges would never sit well with me. Let's get to the bottom of what you are seeing. Which plan do you currently have? Where exactly do you see these charges?
