The deprioritation has been unberable as of late. I travel often and have fewer problems in NY than Florida. Miami airport is horrible as is Fort Lauderdale. In fact, I was in Aventura on Friday and could not connect for two hours. That after several re-starts. I live in Florida and NY but Florida is by far the worst for me. I noticed it last year when we switched, and it was bad but it's far worse now. I understand you get what you pay for but Verizon data on this plan is slowed down more often than not. It's really bad and we are truly contemplating switching back to ATT. Sorry but we are pretty unhappy.
RJurman0018, we understand the importance of having a reliable connection at all times, but we have to set the expectations that we are unable to guarantee coverage indoors that includes airports. It is recommended connecting to and available Wi-Fi hotspot to help enhance your data experience during your times of travel through these areas. We would never want to see you leave the Verizon family, and would like to help turn this around. To ensure we are on the same page, does this issue only happen indoors or outdoors as well? Please, also provide the last location and zip code for the last affected area this occurred.

The 55+ plan can be throttled anytime due to system usage. That is explained in the plan info. That is the reason I would never take this plan regardless of the price. Each unlimited plan has differing data speed stipulations. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware before changing plans.
