Data service has been going in and out all day long. My phone keeps switching from 4g to 3g to no service constantly. I am not the only verizon customer in the area who is having the same issue.
How do we report service outages for area's? Is there a way to tract the current issue and be updated as to when it will be resolved?

The area's affected that I am aware of are for zips 26301, 26306, and 26330

You will need to locate a landline phone and call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 to report the outage or to get the status of the trouble ticket for the outage.

call customer service *611 from your phone if you can get threw and let them know whats going on
