HI i was wondering when i upgrade in June to the droid incredible i will be charged $30 but if my dad buys a 3g smartphone will we have to pay $60 for having 2 3g smartphones?

Yes there is a data plan charge for each line....3 lines, 3 $30 charges.....or $10 for the lower level of phones....

And why is it that FS doesn't FS with data? If you have more than one data phone on the FS there should be FS options to reduce costs for other data users. I sure wish that VZW's churn rate would jump to 2.5% or more so that they would then start offering lower rates. Actually I wouldn't wish that on them because if would cause layoffs and not change. I just want them to wake up and stop charging so much.

No. The LG Voyager does not require a data plan. You just select pay-per-use.
