Is customer service down? Trying to activate a new phone w/ *228 and just getting busy signal. Tried to call CS *611 and the 800 number from other phone, still just get busy signal. Also get busy signal for #BAL #MIN and #PMT numbers. Any suggestions?

Seems to be a problem for a lot of us. I'm going to call one of the local corporate stores to see if they have access to the info that I need (warranty replacement issue). That's my best suggestion.

I'm having the same issue. Called my Sales Rep, but no response just yet.

I was able to get through by calling a store and then following the prompts for tech support through a local store number.

It seems that they have an power outage at customer care.

I'm having the same issue here when calling *611 or the 866 number it states "your call did not go through please try your call again... then a busy signal... what is going on..
