Appears Verizon is up to its old tricks. Customer service does not
provide much assistance and the customer does not come first. If you have combined
your POTS, Cell and television service on one bill and have any issues all

three service will be shut down. Verizon will shut down even if they do not
speak to the customer. I do not see how that is possible when they have your
home and cell number. They may leave a message to call a 800 number, but as you
know you are on hold forever… They should just leave a message with the topic
why you are calling back a 800 number. Well service was shut off and if I had
an emergency or my own business, I would have had a major issue on my hands if
family or work was not able to contact me. I believe this practice should be
reviewed and not sure why anyone would combine Verizon services if they knew
all three would be suspended for not meeting Verizon’s expectations. I even
requested a manager and a number to contact to share this concern and as
expected no MGT available. No vehicle to voice my concern and not sure how else
to share the poor experience except to warn others of this short sited procedure.
