Called to have my cell turned off and cancel my account,was told i could not had 3 days left on contract.Verizon never ever sends a bill that is correct,always over priced.And one more thing,at the bottom of all post is the report abuse.So here it is Customer ABUSE!

It is real simple.

You are still under contract so if you cancel under contract you get charged an early termination fee, any provider that has you in a contract will do the same thing.

abuse, we believe in treating all of our customers right. I'm sorry that you feel this way. Once your account is canceled, it takes 1-2 bill cycles to mail you a final bill with any adjusted credits or final balance. Did you have questions about the charges on your bill?

What happened to make you decide to cancel your service? Your feedback is important to us as it allows us to hear how we can be better for you in the future.
