There is a new cell tower proposed for southeast Charlotte, at the Cross and Crown Church, and the Matthews zoning board says they haven't heard from Verizon, even though the tower can support multiple providers. Please make sure it gets approved and that Verizon uses it, as I have had terrible cell service at my house as long as I have owned it. Why don't you have an easy way to leave a suggestion? I don't want to be a member of Verizon Community and you ought to be anxious to get help from your customers instead of making it a pain.
