I dropped my phone and put a spider web crack at the bottom of the phone. Now the bottom buttons do nut work and I have to turn my phone off after every time I use it and I have insurance on it but they want a $145 deductible on it and I'm on a payment plan with the phone. Why can't exchange my phone? I feel like I'm paying for a phone I can't use and insurance that won't cover what I need and I have only had the phone for 2 weeks

You can't exchange a device you broke. The insurance deductible is $145 which will get you a working refurbished phone. Or keep a broken phone. Not much choice.
