When using the phone in our residence, it will cut out completely or not connect at all. We live centrally in Yorba Linda, CA and outside we have 4G coverage usually, inside we have 3G marginally. Can we get this fixed. Verizon coverage maps don't sync with their true coverage. I call [Removed].

With the availability of WiFi networks in home as well as WiFi calling now available on most smartphones made from 2015 on, the chance of Verizon taking steps to improve your indoor coverage is very slim. Honestly, without the WiFi features the chance are very slim. Verizon does not now nor has ever guaranteed connectivity inside of any structure. Your home included. If you get LTE coverage when you go outside that leads me (and will lead the rest of the community) to believe that the problem isn't with the network and the the real problem is that whatever your home is built from is blocking the signal from getting in. This, again, is not Verizon's concern.
