For almost a 5-8 years now, there has been no material improvement in the quality of Verizon wireless service in the Western Catskills portion of NY -- namely in the town of Roxbury.
Only after the unfortunate death of two elderly people who didnt have cell service to make a call and were stranded in the elements after a car accident in 2012 did some coverage improve in the general area, however the lack of reliable cell service remains a large safety issue, as the area becomes more popular once again.
Is there any plan to add new cell sites or fixed wireless or some solution that can help fill this hole in the coverage map?
