Coverage at my home had deteriorated over time to almost non-existance

The cell coverage at my hope has never been great, but over the last year it has become virtually unusable.  Inbound phone calls go direct to voice mail.  Even sending texts fails 50% of the time.  I have to go stand in my front yard for the text to go.  The signal strength has dropped to almost nothing or exactly zero.  This is not on one single phone or tablet.  It is all my devices.  Zip code 20164-8611 near Dominion High School. 

Why has the service deteriorated?  Are there any plans to correct the issues?

You should use a landline to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 to report the service issues and to get them to start a trouble ticket to investigate the signal issue.
