Hi,
I am interested in sending an email request in writing to resolve a billing issue, but I cannot find the link.
I transferred my previous plan on Nov22 2014, and at the time was ensured that my employer's staff discount would be applied to this new plan. This has not been the case, and I have not received the credit as per my employer's discount with verizon. After calling customer support today, I was told that my current plan was not eligible for this discount.
I would like to make an email request in writing to get this issue resolved in a timely manne.

We want to make sure that your answer was complete. We are here to help. Without having access to our information I can say that there are certain plans that don't qualify for further discounting because either they have already been discounted. Or, they are don't because it's in violation of the agreement that the company has with us. What plan do you have? We no longer have a method through email but we can hlp you here, Twitter or Facebook. We also have Chat options as well.
