In my area I have tested my data speed using speed test from speedtest.net. I'm constantly getting a faster upload speed then download speed. I contacted Verizon about a month ago about this issue and that setup a trouble ticket. The ticket took about 2 weeks to be completed. Verizon did send out a technician to my area and they were able to reproduce the problem as well. Along with poor data speeds they also confirmed poor voice quality as well. Verizon was unable to tell me if the problem is the phone or the network. My download speeds are around 300-500 Kbps and my upload speed is 700-900 Kbps. Can anyone tell me what the issue might be?
Are you using your phone as a modem or do you have a wireless broadband card? If so, have you tried to un-install and re-install VZ access manager.
