Constant Intermittent Wireless Network loss

This is getting ridiculous. Your service is expensive.  The least it could be is reliable! Four - five days now, constant intermittent network complete loss.  It says I have full signal but doens't work.  I'm not happy with paying such high cost for such a ack of service!
