I just want to thank Mark for the help he provided when our internet service went out following a line issue. After a week and a half's outage we ended up with a new modem and still no connection. Mark spoke with us, going through many, many details and finally resolved the issue which turned out to be a simple user name/password problem. The previous tech simply hung up on us when he decided he didn't want to try any more.
