My new LG enV Touch included a trial of the City ID feature.  City ID adds the city and state associated with the calling number. I have noticed that the city is often inaccurate.  Does Verizon plan on charging for this feature?  If so, this seems like nickle and diming for a feature that doesn't add much value, if any, to caller ID which has always been available with cellular service for sixteen years that I have had mobile service from a variety of carriers.

Yes they do charge for it. There's a monthly option or 1 time lump sum. If you don't like it, don't pay for it/use it.
