Anyone else have trouble changing their account security question? Customer Service is working on it, the website gets stuck sometimes.
In regard to security questions, the trouble I'm having is that all of the questions are irrelevant to me. I don't remember my first or favorite of anything on their limited list of questions, so if I put any answer I'm sure I won't remember it. They need more security questions, i.e., what's the name of your longest lived pet? That would be more relevant to me and easier to remember.
