Ok I currently have the W755 and about a year left with my 2 year plan. I've grown weary of the W755 and I want to buy the enV3. I realize I'd have to pay full retail price for it, but is there any possible discount we could get? Also, when I do change phones how to I deactivate my W755 and activate my enV3 using the same number? Should I just call verizon? Thanks

Log into verizonwirless.com If you can see the bill amount do thats the right account. If you can't talk to mom :smileyhappy:

Hello,

 

You could have several options aviable to you. If you dont have insurance you could quaily for 1 year lost or stolen for one year pricing. If your line pays more than 34.99 a month you could be elible for 2 year pricing as an early upgrade.

If you live on the west coast there is an early upgrade exption tool that you can ask for.

 

 

And to your second question *228 option 3 will change it. However if you get a brand new phone there will be an 1 800 number for you to call that will activate it then *228 option 1.

We do pay more than 34.99 per month. How would that early upgrade option work?

The 34.99 must be on the line. Best thing is to log onto your my verizon account it will tell you if you elible for any upgardes. Log on the primary number desginated as the account holder. On the first page right side half down you will see upgrade phone. Selcet your phones see what it says you have. If none call customer care and have them check tools for manual.  Early upgrade give you 2 year pricing.

Now to log in as the account holder, would it have to be in my mothers name, since she's the one that its in the name of? If so, how would I log in as the account holder in her name?
