Changed to 2GB plan...still being charged for 3GB plan

Hello....

I am on the new 2GB plan...month to month. I have one device.

They, Verizon changed the plan at one of their stores. More on that story...but for another time.

The cost for the 2GB plan is $35. down from my old $45 3 GB plan.

My bill should be $10 less than when I was on the 3GB plan.

Any ideas why this has not taken place?

Your plan should always stay the same if you didn't make any changes CRAYONZ. I'm sorry changes have been made that you're unaware of. Lets confirm your plan today Is this for prepaid services?
