Cell phone reception and data service is now awful at our home and surrounding area (14701) on all devices, including Mi-Fi. Service/data is great right across the state line in PA. What has happened? Will this be fixed? We're long time Verizon customers but will have to switch carriers.
momrocks68, keeping you connected to reliable services to ensure you remain our customer is a priority, so we are here to work toward a resolution on the service issues. There are not any alerts for the area. We would like to start by gathering more information. What is your experience like when you try to use the devices? Have you heard of others with Verizon also experiencing this same problem in the area? Do these problems happen indoors or outdoors?
