Cell Service Issues

My area used to get good service, but in the last 6 months to a year the service has deteriorated to the point of one to zero bars inside and outside of my house. How do I go about getting Verizon to increase the service in my area (w/o having to purchase a network extender)? My zipcode is 30523.

Do you have a 3G or 4G device? 

Have you called in and requested tech support? (Option 3 on the menu tree)

Its a 4G device (GS3)...and yes, I called tech support. They had no real

solution for me other than purchasing the network extender.
