I am having the same problem with my phone and my daughters phone. Someone calls we answer and there is silence. The caller says it just rings and rings. I received 2 new iPhones 2 days ago but the problem still persists.
Congratulations on the new iPhones, Cdipreta. But I'm sorry to learn that you haven't been able to use them the way they are intended to. We are happy to help. Did this issue start right when you got the new phones? What steps did you take for the activation?
