Do you have to pay phone bill when you pay to cancel contract ?
Yes, you must pay all outstanding balances, plus the early termination fee. The ETF is to pay off the value of the phone you cancelled early, and the phone bill is payments for the services you have used.
Also, for and example if I were cancelling my contract would I be able to keep the phone after paying the ETF? I have two phones on my line so would that Etf be for both lines on my contract ? A fee of up to 350?
