Can you block numbers with a prepaid account?

I know that you must be the account owner to edit and create blocked numbers,

I also understand that Verizon has made it so that a prepaid account does not have an account owner,

And even though i pay the bill, use the services and own the device, i am merely an account member.

So if i cant be an account owner, does that mean i don't have the option to block numbers?

No, you can't block numbers on a prepaid account.

It's my understanding that you can't block numbers via My Verizon on a pre-paid account ... you have to call Customer Service for assistance (*611 from your cell phone or 888-294-6804), and I've read that they can't block numbers on prepaid accounts (I've no idea why not).
