Can't pick up at store

Order a HTC One Max online for store pickup. received email 20 minutes later said order was ready for pickup. Went to store but told my order must ship to me no store pickup.  Call CS and told they can't see my order so can not help, ask me to call back in few days.  Checked my verizon account online saw my # is waiting for new device to be activated.  Called credit card company and told verizon has charged account $647.

I'd love to see you with the new HTC One Max in hand as soon as possible, Seainc. Was there a particular reason that you were not able to pick up in store? Was the device in stock?
