Can't pay bill

I have a balance over $1000 and due to some tragic events that have been happening to me lately I can't afford to pay my bill.. I can only pay $50 a week at the moment... Is there anything I can do to pay my phone weekly and still have my phone connected? I need a solution ASAP!

If you are postpaid, you can give the Financial Services Dept. a call at 866-266-1445. They will be able to provide assistance with that.

I've had Verizon for 10+ years and they have been very good at payment arrangements. Have you tried to call them and set up an arrangement?  I think that's the only way you can do it, you can't do it online you have to call. I've had high bills before and always had a good experience with payment arrangements. Good luck!

I was under the impression you can only make arrangements over the phone, but now I am not so sure. In my MyVerizon account under the "My Billing" tab there is a "Payment Arrangements" link. When I click on it, it says I am unable to make payment arrangements because by bill is paid in full, so I can't say for certain what can be done at this link but it may be worth it for the OP to have a look.
