So my wife and I decided to try this Verizon prepaid but now thinking of canceling. Have been calling customer support and cant get any where.The problem is she cant receive or make phone calls when her phone is roaming but she can text. Every time we try *228 option 1 or 2 it says us cellur cant update phone. Not very happy right. Reason we went to this is cause its very affordable for us instead of a contract. Really pissed off with this SH**** service. Never had this problem with 2 year contract
