I'm trying to use the Spam Control in My Verizon -> My Services - > Spam Controls in order to block a phone number that is harassing me. However, when I input the number and hit submit, I get an error message saying:
"We were unable to complete your requested
change at this time. Please try again later."
Am I doing something wrong, or is the service just down? If so, when will it be available again? It's been doing this all day long.

The Spam Controls are working fine for me right now. Just tested it. Try again and see if it works.

You can always call Customer Service 800-922-0204 and have them put the block on for you. Just tell them the web option wasn't working.
