Can't Activate Voicemail Account

I'm trying to activate my voicemail account... I've read other places that your account will be cancelled if not activated within the first 60 days of your phone. Unfortunately, that would be my case.
The verizon website says I should goto MyVerizon > My Plan > Add/Change Features. I can't find the 'My Plan' nor 'Add/Change Features buttons, though
Any help would be much appreciated.

After logging onto My Verizon, click the My Services tab. Then select the My plan button on the left handside of the page. Add/remove features will be at the bottom of the page after selecting my plan.
