Can Verizon come check service strength in my area?

I live in the 10606 zip code. My street is on an incline which may be causing the issue, not sure. The service is terrible here though and it's in a metropolitan area. I rarely ever get a 4g signal, I hover around 2 bars of 1X all day at my apartment. Who do i call to have someone sent to my street to test the strength and see if there's possibly some faulty equipment?
