I ordered an iPhone 5c on the 2nd, but it's only been processing this whole time. It hasn't even shipped yet. I didn't know it'd take this long for my order to process, so I was wondering if there is a way I could just pick it up instead.

Your best bet is calling them directly. Last time I ordered a phone online, it was processing for almost a week before I called. They had to escalate it, but I decided to cancel the order and retry. It happened again, so I gave up completely.
