This is a consumer to consumer forum that Verizon reps will sometimes jump in. You cannot post here expecting a Verizon response. You will find the consumer to consumer response is often more accurate and more honest and to the point. More people are helped from fellow consumers on here than Verizon reps. They usually come here after not getting answers from Verizon reps.
